Over time, these systems may develop operational inefficiencies due to wear and tear, improper maintenance, or environmental exposure, necessitating professional servicing or component replacement.

SGC is regularly engaged by leading commercial establishments and facility management firms, including CBRE and JLL, to perform comprehensive inspection, servicing, and rectification of façade door and window assemblies. In certain projects, our inspection scope extends to over 100 window and door units within a single facility.

Following detailed inspection and submission of our technical assessment report, clients typically issue purchase orders for identified repair and replacement works.

Our expert technical team meticulously studies each system, identifies the make and model, and sources genuine or compatible hardware components—such as handles, hinges, locking mechanisms, and rollers—from original manufacturers or certified suppliers. The work is completed with precision installation, alignment, and post-installation performance verification, followed by final inspection and approval from the client.

Given the diversity and technical complexity of international façade systems, such assignments are often time- and detail-intensive, requiring precise matching of components and adherence to manufacturer-specific installation procedures.

2.Site Understanding & Inspection

Our technical team reviews the requirements through preliminary discussions (phone/email) and conducts a detailed on-site inspection to evaluate system condition, hardware type, and accessibility.

3.Quotation & Technical Proposal

Based on inspection findings, SGC prepares and submits a comprehensive techno-commercial proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, lead time, and pricing.

4.Execution & Completion

Upon client confirmation, repair and replacement activities are executed in accordance with approved specifications and manufacturer guidelines. Each unit undergoes functional testing, alignment checks, and a final quality inspection before handover.
