SGC specializes in the installation, repair, and maintenance of modern façade systems, offering end-to-end solutions that integrate precision engineering, safety, and long-term performance.
We collaborate with a dedicated façade fabrication unit based in Mumbai, enabling us to design and deliver customized façade systems tailored to each project’s architectural and structural requirements.
Since 2020, SGC has been actively engaged in façade repair and restoration projects across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, serving a wide range of high-rise residential and commercial buildings. Over time, glass façades are exposed to environmental stress and require periodic maintenance such as glass panel replacement, gasket renewal, sealant reapplication, and water leakage rectification—especially during the monsoon season.
Our experienced technical team executes these tasks with strict adherence to safety standards, access protocols (BMU/rope access/scaffolding), and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring efficient and durable repairs with minimal disruption to building occupants.

2.Site Assessment & Technical Evaluationn
Our façade engineering team reviews the preliminary details and conducts a site inspection to assess the existing system, identify defects (such as gasket deterioration, glass seal failure, or frame misalignment), and determine the most suitable rectification methodology.
3.Quotation & Technical Proposal
Based on inspection results, SGC prepares a detailed techno-commercial proposal, outlining the proposed scope of work, materials, methodologies, timelines, and cost estimates in compliance with project specifications.
4.Execution & Quality Assurance
Upon approval, the repair or installation work is executed by trained façade technicians under close supervision. All works are performed in accordance with approved drawings, safety procedures, and industry standards (including waterproofing tests, alignment verification, and final inspection).
Post-completion, a quality inspection and client approval process ensures all works meet performance, safety, and aesthetic requirements.
