SGC inspected a 6,000 sq. ft. façade system that faced significant leakage issues during monsoon. The root cause was identified as poor-quality gasket material and improper silicone application. The team executed a complete façade repair, replacing all defective gaskets and reapplying high-grade structural silicone.
To ensure quality, a water-jet spray test was conducted post-repair — with zero leakage observed.
The project was completed in 2019, and the client continues to report excellent performance, including successful replacement of a few panes with soft-coated glass for enhanced durability.
